Comprehensive loan review
We assess your current rate, fees and features against the options available from our lender panel.
Refinancing
Lenders often reserve their most competitive pricing for new customers. When you refinance with us, we review your current home loan against the market, set out the costs and potential savings of switching, and manage the process if refinancing is in your interest.
Secure online application. No obligation to proceed.
Who it's for
We assess your current rate, fees and features against the options available from our lender panel.
We weigh potential savings against switching costs such as discharge fees, break costs and new loan fees, so you see the net outcome.
Your current lender may reduce your rate to retain you. We can assist with that request, which avoids the cost of switching.
If refinancing is in your interest, we manage the new application and the discharge of your existing loan.
Preparation
Documents can be uploaded securely when you apply. Your broker will confirm your lender's specific requirements.
We recommend a review two to three months before your fixed term ends, so you have a plan in place before the loan reverts to a variable rate.

In many cases, yes. Equity is the difference between your property's value and the amount owing. Lenders generally allow you to borrow up to a percentage of the value, subject to valuation and your capacity to repay.
In most cases you do not pay us a fee, because the lender pays us a commission when your loan settles. Our Credit Guide explains how we are paid, and we will tell you upfront if any fee applies.
